Packaging Every piece from Surly Bones Glass is handcrafted and fragile. We take great care in packaging each order with protective materials to ensure your glassware arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Orders over $200: Free standard shipping
• Orders under $200: $10 flat rate shipping
• Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

Local Pickup & Delivery We offer local pickup and delivery for $5. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready. Please allow 1–3 business days for preparation.

Processing Time Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time — we'll communicate any delays directly.
